Eternal Candlelight:posted on Ap(e)ril 1, 2016 by Neon Chimp.
We are pleased to announce that our 2nd album, "Eternal Candlelight", will be released this month via Band Camp, with a vinyl release to follow
later in the year. More updates to follow soon, but for now, please enjoy the cover art, created by our friend Richard Eliot.
Transitions:posted on October 13, 2015 by Neon Chimp.
It has been a long time since we updated this website. Most updates about the band over the past few years have come via the official Twitter and
Facebook pages. The biggest news is that Prime8 has officially come out as transgender. In other words, he is now a she. While transgender people are only
just beginning to become accepted here on Earth, on planet Quagaar they are a major part of our culture. The transition process is seen as
similar to the regeneration process of the Time Lords of Gallifrey by Quagaarians. While Prime8 is transitioning from male to female, on Quagaar, there
are actually 9 different genders (Male, Female, Gherkin, Coaster, Dust, Pizza, Sock, Armpit and Bowie).
Happy New Year:posted on January 10, 2014 by Neon Chimp.
Happy New Year! 2013 was a big year for The Quagaars. The vinyl pressings of "Dodge City Tombstone" were finally released after numerous delays,
the official video for "Atomic Rain" was released and was even shown on C31's "Asylum", there was also several internet exclusive videos released and
finally, The Quagaars began performing live again for the first time in nearly 5 years with sets at "The Green Table" and "Warneet Motor Yacht Club".
So far in 2014 they've returned to the "Warneet Motor Yacht Club" for their first show of the year, we've launched the official Twitter page (@TheQuagaars)
and now we've also uploaded the entire album "Dodge City Tombstone" to be streamed via SoundCloud so people can have a listen before they buy the
physical release (which is now only $20 plus postage and comes with a free bonus copy of the album on CD). Tonight, we return to "The Green Table" for the
first time this year. As always, video will be posted on "The Neon Chimp Channel" on YouTube with links on both Facebook and Twitter.
